As a result, I’m usually on the lookout for new book suggestions. I take it, so are you. So without further ado. Here’s my take on – 22 books that can up-level your growth in 2022.
By no means did all of these 22 books that can up-level your growth in 2022 were published in the year 2022. Many have been published way before! But can make 2022 one of your best years ever! A year of transformation!

You know the situation I’m describing very well. Don’t you? Because you do this to yourself every day as we speak. We all do at one point or the other. Regardless of who we are and how successful we are. We can easily self-sabotage ourselves at any given time.
Mel Robbins shares her wisdom and will teach us how to cultivate a habit of believing in ourselves so we can go after the life we desire with confidence.
This book will provide you with steps to boost your confidence and change your mindset and attitude to achieve a happier life.

This is another book that was recommended to me by a dear friend. This book is also sitting on my bookshelves, waiting to be read.
Having read through the sample booklet, I know this book is right up my alley.

3. Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones
This book was quite popular in 2021. If you haven’t gotten around to reading this book. I would suggest you do! And keep a highlighter close by so you can highlight all those light bulb moments.
James Clear breaks down the four laws of behavior changes. He gives you practical tips on how to break bad habits and start new ones which you will actually be able to stick to.
Atomic habits will be one of those books that I will constantly be revisiting.
4. The Obstacle Is the Way: The Timeless Art of Turning Trials into Triumph
There will come a time in your life when you are feeling stuck. Everything seems impossible or far-fetched. Maybe you are experiencing that right now.
If you are feeling stuck and fed-up. Grab this book yourself. Because author Ryan Holiday teaches us how to turn trials and impossible situations into triumphs by pursuing preserving and resilence.

There are so many benefits of reading! From learning new things to increasing your vocabulary to being more empathetic to even reducing your chances of having Alzheimer’s.
My love for reading continues to grow – as I continue to evolve and grow into the next version of myself.
I pride myself on reading every day. Whether it’s a page a day or a few chapters. I usually read for about 15 minutes in the mornings and then another 30 minutes or longer at night.
Choosing the books that feel right to you and ones that intrigue you are the best books for you. Personally, I love self-help and spiritual books, so I’m geared mostly to those vs. thrillers and suspense or drama books.
